Members of Dandenong’s Achilles Taskforce, focused on high-risk driving, allegedly saw the man perform a burnout at the Heatherton Road and Marshall Street intersection, and further inspection of his vehicle revealed non-compliance with registration standards due to a homemade bonnet scoop and bald tires.
