Heavy rains have paralysed several parts of Mumbai since Tuesday. BMC has declared all private and government offices will remain shut on Tuesday due to severe waterlogging across Mumbai. Waterlogging in most parts of the city has also forced the Western Railway and Central Railway to shut some of the routes. Watch the video for more details.
