Appeal for help to deal with Eastern Cape drought

More help is on the way for drought stricken areas in the Eastern Cape. The water and sanitation department has promised to meet with Gift Of The Givers who have been working in the area for months. So far the charity says it's delivered water tanks to needy areas but it’s not enough.
