Ingredient –
LIQUID BETTER
1 tsp sugar powder
3/4 tsp nimbu sat
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 cup besan (gram powder)
1-1/2 tsp suji (semolina)
1 pinch turmeric
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
oil for greasing
water for vaporization
1/2 baking soda
1/2 tsp ENO
Bagar/Tadka
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
3-4 green chilli slices
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar powder
green coriander leaf

Serve with Green chutney
