'If I could get a vaccine tomorrow, I'd do it': Biden

"If I could get a vaccine tomorrow, I'd do it. If it cost me the election, I'd do it. We need a vaccine and we need it now," Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden tells a crowd of supporters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Biden also expresses concerns over US President Donald Trump's undermining of "public confidence," which he believes could lead to people being sceptical of taking an efficient vaccine when one is ready.
