A man is gunned down in cold blood in Philadelphia. The shooting happened on the 8400 block of Williams Avenue on 31st July. Police released the images in the hope of tracking down the killer, who can be seen wearing a grey hoodie as he runs up to the car and fires through the driver's window. He continues firing as the black SUV crashes into a silver car parked at the side of the road, and then walked up to the window and fired several shots inside. He then put his hands in his pockets and makes off across the lawn of a nearby house. Police said the bullets hit the 32-year-old man inside the car several times in both the chest and the leg, and he was later taken to the nearby Einstein Hospital where he was later declared dead. City officials meanwhile have put up a $20,000 reward to catch the killer.
