Recipe:
Ingredients for Potato Mixture:
Boiled Potato-2 Medium Size Boiled Potato
Chopped Onion-2 Small Size Chopped Onion
Salt-1 tsp Salt/As Per Taste
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Gram Flour Batter:
Gram Flour-4-5 tbsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Water-As Required to Make It Smooth.

Cooking Process:
Add chopped onions, salt & red chili powder to smashed potatoes. Take 4 slices of bread. You can use brown bread also. Take potato mixture into bread & spread it gently. Cover it with another bread slice & cut it into half. Take gram flour into a bowl & add salt, turmeric powder into it. Add water to make a smooth batter. Heat oil (as required for deep frying) in a Kadai. Dip the bread slices into the batter & put it into the oil. Fry both sides on low heat. Keep it aside. Cut the bread pakoras into small pieces. Add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, cheese spread, creamy curd, chopped onions & potato chips into it. Here I am using lays potato chips, you can use any. Serve it with tea for breakfast or have it as an evening snack.
