Level 2 transport regulations

Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has announced new transport-related COVID-19 regulations in response to the country's move to alert level 2. This follows President Cyril Ramaphosa's pronouncement on the further opening the economy and the loosening of regulations. In his status update, Mbalula also added that alcohol will not be banned, but it must be contained.
