A special cell of Delhi police have arrested a suspected ISIS operative plotting an attack on Delhi after a brief encounter near Ring Road late on Friday. 15 Kg of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and a pistol have been recovered from his possession.The operative has been identified as Abu Yusuf Khan. According to the sources, the ISIS terrorist was planning an attack on Ram Mandir site and was acting on the instructions of his bosses in Afghanistan. Watch the video.
