An ISIS terrorist has been arrested in Delhi after an encounter in Dhaula Kuan. Police also recovered IEDs and weapons from the arrested terrorist late on Friday night. The Islamic State terrorist has been identified as Abu Yusuf, who had a prominent personality as his target in Delhi. The firing took place between Karol Bagh and Dhaula Kuan area in New Delhi on Friday night. Watch video.
