A Japanese hotel is offering rooms with a cute cat included for people who do not have a moggy of their own but are thinking of adopting one. The feline-themed ryokan (Japanese inn), called My Cat Yugawara, is located in the hot spring town of Yugawara in the western Japanese prefecture of Kanagawa. As part of the hotel’s ‘trial’ packages, they are letting guests experience living with a cat to help them decide if they want a more permanent feline friend in the near future. The furry feline will arrive in their room at 5.30pm and stay with the guest until 9am the next day.
