Hong Kong’s mass Covid-19 testing to begin on September 1, to last at least 7 days

Hong Kong’s massive voluntary screening programme will begin on September 1, 2020, said Chief Executive Carrie Lam. The city saw only 18 new Covid-19 cases on August 20, 2020, the lowest number in six weeks. Officials said they are still in discussion whether to ease some social-distancing rules.
