Scariest 911 call - Young mom with baby in car surrounded by rioters. Police can't respond

Of course you won't see this on CNN, MSNBC, or any of the mainstream media but it is absolutely so important that people see what's "really" going on and this really needs to be shared.

A young girl was driving her car and apparently went down a street that had rioters blocking it. She was simply trying to pass through and they surrounded her car so she called the police who told her that the street she was on with sanctioned and that the police are not allowed to respond to that area unless someone is hurt or there is an accident. They advised her to call city Hall ! Call city Hall in an emergency? This is out of control, the normal people have to take control back of our towns.. The ending is so scary because we don't know what happened. Every day people call police for emergencies. What they are doing to these poor men and women, brave souls who try to protect us is horrendous. period! This has to end. We cannot expect them to go to work with their hands tied behind their backs. In New York City alone crime is up 130% and people are moving out of new york by the truckloads. it's terrible to see.
