INGREDIENTS:

500 grams rice noodles

PALABOK SAUCE
3 tablespoons oil
2-3 gloves garlic - - minced
1 medium onion - - chopped
300 grams ground pork
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 liter water
60 grams flour - - dissolved in 1 cup water
1 shrimp bouillon cube - (pork cube if shrimp is not available)
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons annatto powder - (food color can be used, but lesser)

TOPPINGS
4 hard boiled eggs - - cut into slices
130 grams shrimps - - boiled or steamed
230 grams chicharon - (pork rind) - crushed
25 grams spring onions - chopped
120 grams smoked fish (tinapa) - (if available)
2 lemons - - cut into wedges
