Indian Railways: The clarification came after a notification was found circulating on the internet that all mail/express, passenger and suburban train services will continue to remain suspended till September 30 due to coronavirus pandemic. The notification dated August 10 stated that despite the extension of cancellation of all regular trains, however, special mail and express trains will continue to run as per schedule.

కరోనా కేసులు పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో ప్యాసింజర్ రైళ్ల రద్దును సెప్టెంబర్ 30 వరకు పొడిగించారని ఓ వార్త షికారు చేస్తోంది. సాధారణ మెయిల్‌, ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌, సబర్బన్‌, ప్యాసింజర్‌ రైలు సర్వీసుల రద్దును పొడిగిస్తున్నట్లుగా రైల్వేశాఖ పేరిట ప్రకటన వచ్చింది. ఐతే ఈ ప్రకటనలో నిజం లేదని రైల్వేశాఖ క్లారిటీ ఇచ్చింది. అది ఫేక్ న్యూస్ అని కొట్టిపారేసింది. రైల్వేశాఖ నుంచి ఎలాంటి సర్క్యులార్ జారీకాలేదని స్పష్టం చేసింది.
