Handstand Pushups

This is me after not working out regularly for a bit over a year. I used to be able to do about 25 of these like they weren't nothing. I have lost about 20 pounds and let myself go physically. I can still do about 8-10 one-armed pushups and about 10-15 pistol squats. It took me years to build up to where I could do even one of each of these and it wasn't easy but It takes dedication and doing the right workouts in the right steps. I'll be posting more videos walking you through these later if I get a few people interested.
