SA accused of breaking international and domestic laws

The Institute for Security Studies says South Africa is breaking international and domestic law by making, using and exporting tools that can be misused by law enforcement. These products have been identified by the United Nations and European Union as having no practical purpose other than abuse. Researcher at the Institute, Gugu Dube talks about this.
