S. Korea's law enforcement authorities enforcing stronger measures, sentences for drunk driving

People in South Korea are going to have to think twice before grabbing a beer or two after work.
From today, the country is enforcing tougher measures on those who drink and drive.
Drivers caught with blood alcohol levels of zero-point-zero-three percent or higher will have their licenses suspended.
Those with levels of zero-point-zero-five or more will have their licenses revoked.
The Prosecutors' Office will also strengthen punishments.
Those that cause fatal accidents while under the influence could face up to life behind bars.
Those caught for a second time will face heavy penalties,... compared to the previous three-strike system.
Police have also launched a two-month nationwide crackdown,... from 10 PM to 4 AM,... in areas where accidents frequently occur.
