Global Tiger Day : Tiger Census बना Guinness World Record | Prakash Javadekar | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Union Environment and Climate Change Minister Prakash Javadekar and Minister of State Babul Supriyo released the census report of tigers on Tuesday, a day before the International Tiger Day celebrated worldwide. This report has been recorded in the Guinness World Record. Prakash Javadekar said that India has 70 percent of the total tiger population in the world. India should be proud of it. It is one of our soft powers. We have 30,000 elephants, 3,000 one horned rhinoceros and over 500 lions.

दुनिया भर में मनाया जाने वाला अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाघ दिवस से एक दिन पहले मंगलवार को केंद्रीय पर्यावरण और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर और राज्यमंत्री बाबुल सुप्रियो ने बाघों की जनगणना की रिपोर्ट जारी की. इस रिपोर्ट को गिनीज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज किया गया है. प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने कहा कि भारत में दुनिया की कुल बाघों की आबादी का 70 फीसदी है। भारत को इस पर गर्व होना चाहिए। ये हमारी नरम शक्तियों में से एक है। हमारे पास 30,000 हाथी, 3,000 एक सींग वाले गैंडे और 500 से अधिक शेर हैं.
