Easy & Healthy Baajra Sandwich

Millet Sandwich (Baajara Sandwich):-

Ingredients of millet sandwich (for two persons):
Bajra Rotis 4-5
Cucumber 3
Tomato 3
Onion 3
Garlic 6-7 buds
Green chili 10-15
Green Coriander, Mint Leaves
Salt, Cumin Powder (as per taste)
Ghee
Cheese (Optional)


Method of millet sandwich:
1. First of all make 4-5 rotis of millet and fry it half-cooked
2. Make cucumber, tomato and onion slices
3. Make green chilli sauce, the method of preparation is as follows: Fry green chillies in oil. Now put green chili, garlic buds, Green Coriander, Mint Leaves, cumin and salt in the mixer and grind it from the mixer.
4. Now put this green chilli sauce on half of the bajari roti and put cucumber, tomato, onion slices on it and add cheese. Now keep half of the roti on it (single folding of roti).
5. Put a little ghee on the pan, place this millet sandwich and bake the roti with ghee till it becomes crispy.
6. Now cut the millet sandwich in half with a pizza cutter or knife.

Now the hot millet sandwich is ready to serve.
You can also serve it with mint sauce.
