Falafel Ingredients:
Chickpea two bowls
Cumin 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Salt, Red chili to taste
Ginger 4-5 small pcs
Garlic 8-10 buds
Green chili 5-6
Green coriander half bowl
Chopped onion a bowl
Oil for frying

Method of Falafel:
- Soak Chickpea in water for about 8 hours.
- Grind the soaked chickpea, ginger, garlic, green chilies together in a mixer, do not use much water and make that mixture little softer.
- Add cumin, turmeric, salt, red chili, onion, green coriander to that mixture and mix it well.
- Put oil in a pan for heating
- Add the heated pan oil to that mixture so that there is no need to add banking soda
- Apply some oil on your hands and make small flat balls of that mixture.
- By heating oil in a pan, fry these flattened balls on medium heat till they become crisp red.
- Crispy Tasty Hot Falafel is ready to serve.
- You can eat it with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
