आमी की लौंजी एक बहुत ही चटपटी चीज है जिसे अचार की तरह इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। यह बहुत ही स्वास्थ्यपृद भी है क्योंकि इसमें विटामिन सी और लगभग ना के बराबर तेल है।

Approx 1/2 Kg Raw Mango
1 Teaspoon Oil,
Small qty Hing,
1/2 Teaspoon Methi,
1 Teaspoon Saunf
1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Lal mirch
1 Teaspoon Kali Mirch
1/2 Teaspoon Haldi
1 Teaspoon White Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt
1 Glass Water
200gms Gur/Jaggery
