In The Assam Floods, A Total Of 71 People Died Till Thursday After 4 Fresh Casualties Reported From Morigaon, Lakhimpur, Goalpara Districts. Due To Floods, Over 49,000 People Have Become Homeless In 19 Districts. All Of Them Have Been Sheltered In 303 Relief Camps.
