Tea Time Cake Eram's kitchen /old fashioned tea cakes/basic tea cake recipe/no oven cake recipe

Ingredients

1cup / 100 gm Flour / maida
1/2 cup / 50 gm Sugar powdered
120 ml milk
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Seive the maida , sugar , baking powder, baking soda in a bowl .
Now add milk and oil and mix well . Cut and mix order.

Keep half fill water in a cooker of 5 liter.
Keep pan stand in the cooker base it should be above water level.
Grease a baking mould and pour the cake mixture.
Keep the mould in the cooker above the stand .
Cover with lid without whistle.
Bake for 45 min .

After 45 min let the cake cool down .
Now serve plane or decorate with chocolate or whipped cream..

Your simple tea time cake is ready to serve.
