UK slave trader statue replaced by protester sculpture

A new figure replaces the statue of slave trader Edward Colston which was toppled by anti-racism protesters last month in Bristol. The new sculpture shows Black Lives Matter protester Jen Reid with her fist raised. The statue, by artist Marc Quinn, was erected at dawn without the local council's permission.
