చైనాతో ఘర్షణ వాతావరణం నెలకొన్న నేపథ్యంలో భారతదేశానికి ఫ్రాన్స్ మద్దతు ప్రకటించింది. చైనా బలగాల దాడిలో అమరులైన 20 మంది భారత సైనికులకు ఫ్రాన్స్ ప్రభుత్వం తీవ్ర సంతాపం ప్రకటించింది. చైనాతో సరిహద్దు వివాదం నేపథ్యంలో భారత రక్షణ శాఖ మంత్రి రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్‌కు ఆ దేశ రక్షణ శాఖ మంత్రి ఫ్లోరెన్స్ పార్లీ ఓ లేఖ రాశారు.
