Bhutan released water in Assam, refuse reports of stopping water supply. A day after reports emerged that after Pakistan, China and Nepal, now Bhutan was troubling India near its borders, sources from the neighbouring country said that they were not stopping the supply of water to India and were in fact repairing channels.
