Make & Freeze Crispy Chicken Bites | Frozen Snacks | Ramadan Recipes
Welcome to MJ's Kitchen,
Today we learn how to Make & Freeze Crispy Chicken Bites for Ramadan.
Ingredients:
½ kg boneless chicken (small cubes),
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
½ cup Flour,
3~4 tbsp Oil,
2 Eggs,
2 cup Bread crumbs,
1 tsp Garlic Powder,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Black Pepper,
½ tsp Paprika Powder,
1 tsp Mix Herbs,
Method:
- Add salt & black pepper to the chicken, mix & marinate for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes marination add flour & mix.
- Add oil to the eggs, beat & add to the chicken.
- Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika powder & mix herbs in a separate bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces one by one into bread crumbs & assemble in baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C for 20~25 minutes.
- Assemble another tray with coated chicken pieces & put into freezer for one hour.
- Put them into zip lock bag once frozen.
