3 tbsp mustard oil
2 black cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon
1 star anise
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup water 200ml (for gravy)
Coriander leaves chopped
Green chillies

For puree:
2 medium tomatoes
3 Whole red chilli
10 cashew nut

Spyce powder:
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp cumin powder
½ tbsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp garam masala powder
½ tbsp kasori methi
salt to taste
