Ingredients:

Grated cucumber – 1 cup
Gram Flour / Besan – 1 cup
Carom seeds/ajwain – 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Green chili – 1 chopped
Salt – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin seed powder- 1tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tbs
Butter or Oil – 2-4 tbsp

Steps you need to follow (with timestamp):

1) Preparing Ingredients - 00:42
2) Mixing ingredients with adding water - 01:55
3) greasing the pan with oil - 02:27
4) Pouring batter over the pan for cooking over medium flame - 02:42
5) Fliping it to cook from booth side - 03:43
6) Ready to serve - 04:02

Method:

Step 1: Take grated cucumber in a bowl, add gram flour, Carom seeds/ajwain, Fennel seeds, Green chili, salt, chaat masala, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder
Step 2: mix well with adding water and make a smooth batter.
Step 3: Heat pan and grease with oil or butter for frying chilla,
Step 4: Take a batter, and pour it over the pan. Let it cook for a min on one side.
Step 5: Flip over and cook for a few more secs. Take it off and make another chilla with the same process.
Step 6: Serve with sauce or any chutney.
