Ingredients:-
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato deseeded and finely chopped
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Cumin Powder
1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp. Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 cup Gram Flour
½ cup Water


Method:-
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a batter of pouring consistency.
2. Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter into it and make a cheela.
3. Roast on both the sides and serve with ketchup or chutney or pickle.
