2 TBSP SUGAR
2 TSP YEAST
KEEP FOR 5 MIN. (TO ACTIVATE THE YEAST)
2 CUP FLOUR / MAIDA
½ TSP SALT
MAKE SOFT DOUGH
1 TBSP BUTTER
KNEAD WELL FOR 2 MIN. MORE
COVER THE DOUGH
KEEP IT IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR
DIVIDE THE DOUGH IN 8 PORTIONS
PLACE THE DOUGH IN A OIL GREASED MOULD
MAKE EACH PORTION IN ROUND SHAPE
COVER THE MOULD WITH A CLOTH
KEEP IT IN WARM PLACE FOR 15 MIN.
BRUSH SOME LIQUID MILK OVER THE BUN
FIRE UP THE STOVE (LOW MED. FLAME)
PLACE A CURRY PAN & PRE-HEAT FOR 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD INSIDE
COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 20-25 MIN.
LADI PAV IS READY
BRUSH SOME MELTED BUTTER
COVER THE BUN WITH A CLOTH UNTIL THEY COOL DOWN
REMOVE IT FROM THE MOULD
