Luxury sports car wrecked and ‘spewing liquid’ after Canadian driver flees the scene of accident

This was the shocking aftermath of an accident in Markham, Ontario when a driver of a luxury Porsche convertible sideswiped a parked car and mounted a pedestrianised area of a park.
In footage captured on June 2, the driver is seen desperately revving the engine in an attempt to escape after mounting the sidewalk, while smoke and fluid pour out of the front end of the vehicle.
Debris from the smashed-up car is strewn across the road and visible damage to one of the doors is seen.
Local reports said the driver of the SUV sustained minor injuries.
The filmer told Newsflare: "Immediately after sideswiping a vehicle, heavily damaged Porche takes off from the scene while driving over sidewalks, spewing liquid and blowing a stop sign."
