VIDEO: Car runs over stroller, drags baby, flees scene

Police have released security footage of a van backing into a woman pushing a stroller, dragging the stroller with a 1-year-old child in it a short distance, then fleeing the scene after the mother retrieved her child. Authorities hope the footage will outrage viewers enough that someone can help identify the man who did it.
