Pullups TEN Sets!

Wasn't planning on this at all and am quite grateful! Certainly wasn't doing this a year ago!! Praise the Lord! It's been a good 6 months or since working Pullups regularly. I will give FULL CREDIT to all the Pullover work. It makes sense. Pullovers teach you to drive with the elbows instead of the hands which is KEY to success on Pullups. There's no mucking about on Pullups: your body weight is going to pull you right down in a specific way that you can't deviate from... well, unless you weigh 50kg or so. You can fudge body position quite a bit on Pulldowns but, you must open up that shoulder & scapular mobility. IF you're looking to get stronger AND more mobile, Pullups are MANY TIMES better than Pulldowns. IF you can't do Pullups yet, then do what l been doing, WORK DEM PULLOVERS until you can do Pullups!
