this is another video PART 2 and this video is to help those who are suffering from cancer and are worried about cancer i have shared few symptoms of cancer, and types of cancer and we have another parts of this video as well so have a look and share as much as you can and also you will know what to eat and what to avoid for cancer never avoid any symptoms that increases the risk of cancer and go to doctor if you are going through any of these symptoms.

THESE COMMON THINGS CAN ALSO CAUSE CANCER
The main reason of cancer is unhealthy food
Smoking cigarette, alcohol and tobacco are the common reason most of the time but not all the time.
1. MICROWAVE POPCORN: mostly people enjoys popcorn while watching tv and movies without knowing the fact that it can be very harmful for them. The plastic packet of popcorn contains harmful chemicals when it is heated.

2. PACKED PRE-COOKED FOOD: the food we order is generally packed in plastic boxes which has bisphenol “ A” chemical which can be a cause of cancer.

3. REFINED SUGAR: brown sugar has flavor and colour that makes the sugar more harmful . it contains high fructose corn syrup that helps in increasing the cancer cells.

4. CARBONATED DRINK : people love to enjoy cold drinks in summers. The drinks which is being filled in plastic bottles contains carbohydrates and high fructose corn syrup which increases the risk of cancer in our body.

5. VEGETABLE OIL : vegetable oil is also very harmful as it is very high in trans-fat and increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

6. DIET FOODS: weight fluctuation brings a host of related side effects that can harm your physical health . It has been linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases.

7. FRIED FOOD : consuming foods fried in unstable or unhealthy oils can have several negative health effects. Eating them regularly can put you at a higher risk of developing diseases like cancer heart diseases and obesity.

8. POTATO CHIPS: potato chips contains fat and calories and also French fries has ACRYLAMIDE the same thing is found in cigarette so this is as harmful as cigarette.
