Right Hand Bent Press SORTED Hallelujah!

Originally, I was intending on working on Bent Pressing a thick implement such as my Not Quite an Inch(NQI) Axle which is 2.36" thick. I realized that even with 40lb, I just could get the Bent Press right: it was time to dig in and get this FIXED!! After the first set, I started doing a format of R-L-R on each set so I could give the right extra work while feeling how the left felt trying to get that same feeling with the right.
Evnetually, I worked the right only. I started with some Cross Leg Side Bend work before Bent Pressing with the right hand to get that Oblique/Hip movement loosened up. You can see a slight smirk at the end of the video where it starts to 'click'. The improvement felt good enough to go up to 73lb on the last two sets and for the first time, I started feeling Lat support for that right arm!! Even though it was correct, it felt so weird!! I stopped after the two singles with 73lb because I figured I would be sore from the different muscle movement in the hip/lower Oblique. I was right because it was still sore two days later!!
