Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally said that Congress leaders conducted a secret meeting with former Pakistan's Director General to make Ahmed Patel the new chief minister of Gujarat. PM Modi also said that Mani Shankar Aiyar called him a 'neech' person after the meeting.
