Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday in the poll-bound Gujarat state addressed a poll rally and lambasted the Congress party over its electoral process to elect its new party president and other issues including secularism and on vote bank politics. PM Narendra Modi while taking a jibe with Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi who today filed his nomination for party's president post, said, "I congratulate the Congress on their 'Aurangzeb Raj.' For us, the well being of the people matters and 125 crore Indians are our high command." PM Modi was addressing a rally in Gujarat's Valsad.
