6ix9ine Calls Nonprofit ‘Cruel’
for Rejecting His $200,000 Donation Tekashi 6ix9ine recently took to Instagram to fire
back at Share Our Strength, a nonprofit working to
eradicate hunger and poverty in the United States. In the now-deleted post, 6ix9ine accused the nonprofit of
being “cruel” and depriving “innocent children” of food. Tekashi 6ix9ine,
via 'Vibe' His response is due to the nonprofit’s
decision to reject his $200,000 donation
to their national campaign, No Kid Hungry. According to the foundation, 6ix9ine’s donation
couldn’t be accepted as his “activities do not
align with [their] mission and values.” Share Our Strength,
via TMZ The 23-year-old recording artist was recently
sentenced to two years in prison for weapons,
racketeering and drug trafficking charges. In 2015, he pleaded guilty to the
use of a child in a sexual performance,
and in 2018 he was accused of engaging
in a sexual relationship with a minor.
