How to Make Fast & Easy Poached Egg (On Avocado Salad)

Ever wondered how easy it was to make a poached egg ? Just follow these steps !
Makes people say that you should add vinegar or salt to the water to get the perfect poached eggs. However, I didn't see any significant differences when doing it with just water. So why make things complicated ?
I guess more important factors will be the water temperature as it will determine the speed at which the egg gets cooked (thus his final appearance) and the vortex.
If you like your poached eggs slightly more cooked then you can add about 30 seconds to the cooking and it should turn right.

1. Crack the egg over a sieve to remove the thin albumin (You will get a cleaner appearance)
2. Heat and maintain water just below the boiling point
3. Make a vortex
4. Drop the egg in the middle of the vortex
5. Cook for 3 minutes
6. Stop the cooking by putting the egg in cold water

Ingredients for the avocado salad / poached eggs :

- 2 eggs
- 1 half avocado
- Bread
- Tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs "de Provences"
- Olive oil
