Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, senior Congress leader and MP, has been appointed as the chairman of the Public Accounts Committee in the Lok Sabha. Along with this, 19 other members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have also been elected as members of the committee. The post of the chairman of this committee of Parliament remains with the opposition. Of the members elected in the Public Accounts Parliamentary Committee, 14 have been appointed from the Lok Sabha. At the same time, five members have been appointed from Rajya Sabha.

कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और सासंद अधीर रंजन चौधरी को लोकसभा में लोक लेखा समिति का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया है। इसके साथ ही लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के 19 अन्य सदस्यों को भी समिति के सदस्य के रूप में चुना गया है। संसद की इस समिति के अध्यक्ष का पद विपक्ष के पास रहता है। लोक लेखा संसदीय समिति में चुने गए सदस्यों में 14 लोकसभा से नियुक्त किए गए हैं। वहीं राज्यसभा से पांच सदस्यों को नियुक्त किया गया है।
