Getting Back Into Arthur Lifts 207lb

Well, if l'm gonna compete in Weightlifting again, l best start on Jerks now that I finally got my Snatches & Cleans sorted. Here I am getting some work in on the Arthur Lift. These went MUCH BETTER than expected (Hallelujah!)! It usually takes some doin' to get solid Jerks without any elbow movement at the top but, l seemed to be mostly on track already! Just going to keep a nice slow progression on these until it's time to work 'em from the front. God Bless!!
