Special Trains For Stranded Migrants, Students, Social Distancing Must Lakhs of people were left stranded without food, shelter or income by the sudden lockdown. Two days after allowing migrant labourers, students, pilgrims or tourists left stranded by the nationwide COVID-19 lockdown to return to their states, the centre on Friday said special trains will be run to take them home.
