Fresh Fruit Bread Pudding Recipe | Food Celebrations

Ingredients:
6 Bread Slices
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 chopped banana
1 chopped apple
Mixed fruit of your choice

Method:
Cut the bread slices into cubes. Add the brown sugar and corn flour to it. Beat 3 eggs. Add the milk, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence. Then beat the mixture. Now sprinkle a little sugar on a baking dish and place the bread mixture on it. Add a chopped apple, banana, and any other fruit of your choice. Pour the milk mixture on it. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top. Bake at 170 degrees centigrade for 40 – 45 minutes. It is ready when it gets golden brown in colour. Decorate with pineapples, cherries and fruit of your choice. Drizzle with cream and honey.
