ಪಾದರಾಯನಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಲಾಟೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದ ಆಶಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರ ಆತ್ಮಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಿ ದಂತಹ ಶಾಸಕ ಜಮೀರ್ ಅಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೂಂಡಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಶಾಸಕ ರೇಣುಕಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ
