Benefit:-
1. Immunity is increased by the practice of Bhastrika.
2. It strengthens the nervous system.
3. Toxins are released from the body and the body, bile and phlegm of the body become balanced.
4. Treatment of asthma is beneficial.
Precautions: -
1. Asthma should be done as a yoga instructor.
2. High blood pressure and heart patients should not do this.
This is not to be done to heart patients and people with high blood pressure. Try to do something with a yoga teacher.
