Cold wave condition intensifies in Himachal, normal life comes to standstill

Shimla, the Himachal Pradesh capital witnessed snowfall yet again on Sunday. According to reports, the state's higher reaches received snow overnight intensifying cold wave conditions in the region. While the tourists have seemed to enjoy the snowfall across the state, normal life came to a standstill with locals struggling to reach office, school and colleges.
