Dug out the Cambered Bar invented by Warren Tetting, YES, the same one that gave us DECADES of awesomely built Grippers!! Figured some more ROM on Bent Rows wouldn't hurt right?? Yeah, these DID feel good!! Mid Upper Back and Rear Delts get nailed by these!!
