Nep MUGEN: Nep Up

My most ambitious WIP yet and my very first collaboration project, I finally show off Nep Nep in her near complete status. First set is a CPU vs CPU match to show off her AI and the second set will have me control the character against two challenging CPUs. Aoko was sorta like a request from Laharl, which works well for testing Neptune's capabilities.
